Device Requirements
While NailsNote can run on any device, we recommend your shops has a list of devices below to be able to use NailsNote at the best for your shop:
- One or many 10' iPad (any generation will work) - or any 10" tablet. This is for the front desk. You can put as many iPad as you want if you have lots of customers
- One or two computers with 20" or bigger monitor/laptop. This is for employees and shop owners to run NailsNote
- (Optional) A thermal receipt printer.
- (Optional) A 2D Barcode Scanner.
In case you need help with which device you should buy for your shops, we can help you get these devices at market price.
- A 10" Latest Ipad - $300 - 350
- An All-In-One Touch 23" Computer - $500 - $900
- (Optional) A thermal receipt printer - $200 - $300
- (Optional) A 2D Barcode Scanner - $40 - $60
* When your plan runs out of SMS, we will add 1000 SMS for each $10, capped at $50. You get unlimited SMS after you reach $50/month.

We are taking your subscription payment through Stripe. We don't store your credit card information.
